Knowing how to stop bleeding, open an airway or perform CPR should be considered as important as knowing your times tables. I've started.

Well I've taken the plunge and started a blog to record what interests me.  Mainly from the business point of view.  So I will record here things of interest in health and safety, first aid, lifeguarding, teacher training etc.  My website is a good starting point for course information and a lot more.  I also have a strong interest in the Costa Blanca, Spain so may even put some stuff on that as I have some property for rent there.
